15x More likely to lose your phone than your
laptop. What if my phone or tablet is lost? (click to read)
ZSentry can help in many ways, even not requiring
phone preset. For example, you can safely keep ZSentry Secure Vault
messages in your phone, tablet or any device, where every message is individually
encrypted and requires your ZSentry two-factor authentication to read. ZSentry
will also self-destruct any messages
using device authentication that expire, reducing everyone's window of exposure. When you use Secure Quick Reply, no copy is left in your
device. When the message uses ZSentry Return Receipt, it automatically sends a notice to the sender with Who, Where, When, What and How information
from the device upon reading the message. With preset, ZSentry is compatible with third-party solutions
to provide online access to self-service smartphone security functions, which let users reset a
device password, lock a device remotely or wipe data from a device if it is lost or stolen. For more information, please submit a Support Ticket Quick StartFREE Trial: Experience yourself

Hosted Exchange on MS Office 365: ZSentry works in both environments. For example, you can set
an Android phone to use Office 365 through Exchange to receive all email and send regular email,
while the ZSentry account sends all secure email (and receives no email).
SMS + Web Browser: Also works with older phone
models. Just send a ZSentry message to the email-SMS gateway for the phone number that you want to reach. Recipients
will receive a single SMS. Upon user authentication as chosen by the sender, the user will be able to read
securely your entire message and use Secure Quick Reply, with no setup. To see how it works, click for

SMS & other phones
Over 90 million Americans use text messaging daily. That's over 50% of cell phone users. ZSentry can send secure SMS and
encode messages of any length (requires phone to have a web browser), which is compatible
with older smartphones and simpler cell phones.
Use Anywhere, Anyway
In the past, we developed
many ways of reaching each other, each method specialized in
application. We used email for
quick discussions, FedEx for contracts, postal mail for sales brochures, fax for urgent documents, phone for
business conversations, SMS for alerts, websites for digital media, and traveled
for meetings.
Today, we look to do all that with a smartphone. Or a tablet, or whatever we want
to use. This shift to communication convergence, however, makes it harder to... communicate. For example, if
you want to send a message to a customer, should you send it to her desktop email? To her cell phone? Is the cell phone a
smartphone or not?
Communication convergence also makes it harder to assure regulatory compliance, for example with HIPAA, as the
user moves about and can use different devices.
How about data loss? Phones and tablets can have an internal memory of 8GB or more, and some devices can be expanded
another 32GB or more through an expansion slot. The real benefit is that since the mobile device can hold so much
data, you can travel with the assurance that everything you need is on it. The real problem is exactly the same point,
in reverse in case of device loss or data compromise.
Some of the most significant enterprise security concerns today also include device diversity and the consumerization of
information technology. Today's workforce doesn't sit all on a company's payroll, or
are solely within their IT control span. Rather, more users bring in their own devices. More workers also
come from outsourcing.
That's where NMA ZSentry fits in. ZSentry enables instant-on security and anyway mobility, works with what you have,
and does not change anyone's Inbox, email address, mail provider
or service.
